Evelyn Tian is the Lean and Agile Head Coach of Ericsson Communications in the Asia-Pacific region. She has been passionately working with Lean and Agile transformation since 2009. She coaches organizations, management, development teams and individuals at both strategic and hands-on levels, with strong interests and unique insights on agile leadership, coaching, technical practices and large scale system transformation. She truly believes that Lean and Agile enhances the way products are developed and services are fulfilled.
