I am currently playing the Scrum master role and I am planning to get certified. I like to learn more about removing impediments in a traditional company and inculcate continuous learning. I also like to find out what ways can I communicate what the team does to the rest of our colleagues who doesn't know what Scrum is. At the same time, I also wish to learn about how best to guide a team towards a self managing team.
